Refund
On 28 Dec 2020 I made a booking with safari. I did pay half of my booking.After making a booking they sent me an email that the place is a caravan site and I must bring my own caravan or a tent. Immediately after that I did cancel the booking because i dint have a caravan or a tent. I got an email that my booking is cancelled. But now even today I have not recieve my refund. Call center it is automated where they are telling me to send emails. And emails they dont respond at all.
