Refund due, no reponse from Safarinow. Extremely poor service

We paid for accommodation with safarinow and afte repaying the deposit we were told the establishment cannot accommodate us for the dates requested we were given alternative accommodation that we were not happy with and requested a refund. My husband Bank details were requested and sent to safarinow on the 18 May 2020 for a refund they will do. After sending the bank details we never heard from safarinow again. Up to today they do not answer their phones, don't reply to follow up emails and in the meantime they sit with money that belongs to us as they cannot accommodate us for our holiday. I don't know what else to do anymore. This is very very poor business etiquette and I will never be using safarinow again because of this. I want my money.
