I had a lot of problems getting them to react on my communication. It took me more than 10 emails to get any reaction. You cannot reach them by telephone. But there is a ray of sunlight. I reched Lucy and she helped me get my moneyback. I would have liked to get written proof of the payment earlier, but in the end she helped me.
