refund

<p>I booked an accommodation with them unfortunately it was already booked by another person so they wanted to look for another accommodation for me but they had no luck, now I asked for a refund and it's been 2 days since Tracy said they going to perform a refund. When I call them I can't get hold of them cause the line is always busy, and I need to book another accommodation tomorrow but they holding on my money. All I need is my money back nothing more. </p>
