RATHER USE ANOTHER SITE

on 6 April we booked accommodation for our honeymoon in Durban at a place called Bentley on the Beach. Arrived on 8 April and to our deepest disappointment we arrived to a place that was so dirty , the paint falling off the walls due to mold , curtain rails falling off , wooden table on the balcony is rotting due to erosion ( not to mention we booked a sea view room on a swimming beach and we looked into the neighbors patio ) no swimming beach and not close to any shops as mentioned by safari now , as we flew in we thought it would be the perfect spot.

To our despare we had to book out and find another place witch obviosuly cost us all out spending money for the honeymoon.

Safarinow , yes you did refund me with the help of travelstart to get hold of you , but I would like you to take responsibility and fix your fault towards myself and my husband.

You almost ruined our honeymoon , and no working contact numbers , emails waiting days for replies.
