I was quoted for accommodation, I accepted and paid and there were about 4 e-mails confirming this including the number of rooms and number of people.<br> <br> I was then contacted and told that there was a mistake and that I would have to pay more. The owner then cancelled my booking claiming non availability and advised that my payment would be refunded.<br> <br> Bridgette was caught between me and the guest house, I must admit that I was most dissatisfied with the whole issue. She resolved the situation to my entire satisfaction, the booking was reconfirmed at the original rates quoted.<br> <br> Great service, she is a credit to Safari Now who are also a great company to do business with.<br> <br> Thank you Bridgette, your special efforts are really appreciated .
