Premium paid for a pathetic place

My latest experience with safarinow was pathetic and I will not use them again. I paid a premium for a house/villa in a game reserve only to end up with 2 days of sewage in the house and no hot water. The place was falling apart. I did communicate this to them and nothing. They do not audit the places they put on their website and just pass the problem on.
