Praise for Safarinow.com

I made a mistake when making a booking with Safarinow.com. I booked an Hotel in Portugal with the same name as the one in South Africa ( South Africa was where we wanted to book). I immediately contacted Safarinow.com (by email), and got an immediate call from Caryn saying she would cancel the incorrect booking. Within an hour this had been done and an email confirming had been sent to me. And then my Credit Card payment was refunded. This is incredible service, and I am amazed by their excellent customer service. I would strongly recommend doing business with Safarinow.com.
