Poor Service of Safarinow.com and Dot JJ B&B.
I made a booking through Safarinow for 2 nights I contacted Yolanda Joubert owner of the guesthouse Dot JJ B&B in Paarl Western Cape according to them there was a mix-up with the booking and want to sort it out first. They didn't get back to me again I tried calling them and couldn't get an answer. I then arranged other accommodation as it was already late at night. I checked with Safariway on the numbers they have on their page and the numbers don't exist either. Today I sent emails according to Safarinow and the guest house owner it is my fault and they are not going to refund my money.

As advised previously, we will be in contact once we have feedback from the establishment as we require their confirmation to refund. Safarinow is merely the booking platform and all final confirmations and refund processors come from the owners and managers of establishments.
