Poor customer service

We did make a booking, and did pay deposit, request to amend the date, the guesthouse did confirm, however Safarinow do not bother to return emails, not one but a few, also do not return calls. looks if they use COVID as and excuse for not to follow up...…. why must we struggle for service, miss the good old days from Safarinow
