Poor communication and not paying the establishment
I'm so disappointed. I've used Safarinow in the past and been very happy, yet now feel like no on works for them. I made a booking 26/02/2020 and paid the accommodation balance, then 24/04/2020 paid the balance on the Safarinow site. I due to go away on the 25th of September 2020, yet they haven't paid the establishment the remaining balance.
