Poor administration

I took a booking through Safarinow and the client paid the deposit, arrived and paid the outstanding balance to Safarinow. Safarinow notified me so I wouldnt claim the balance from the client.<br> <br> The Safarinow statement reflected that the amount was paid over to my bank account but when it didnt reflect after 10 days, I queried it with Safarinow. Only after I repeated called Safarinow I was told that the funds were reallocated to another establishement (without notifying me) and that I would be responsible for recovering the outstanding money from the client (who had left 1 week before already).<br> <br> I have statements and emails to the effect that Safarinow claimed that the money was transferred to my account and that they were going to send me proof of payment.
