PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

hi i am not happy with the service from SAFARINOW, I made a payment for my booking on the 5th of November till now i have not yet recieved any comfirmation to assure me that the booking is secured. I have called their *** number so many timms it gets answered by a machine. I have been liasing with the establishment that i made my booking to and they are talling me to get confirmation from SAFARI. i have sent numerous emails and none of them have been rep**** to. what is teh next step now.. I want a refund so that I can book my accomodation with another fast and efficient agency other than listening to a machine telling to send emails which dont get rep**** to.
