Pathetic service from Safarinow.com
This is the second time I have booked a place and paid the deposit, only to be send an email from the host stating that they are unfortunately fully booked and have no place for me. I am going away in 4 days, and don't currently have accommodation, and it is frustrating, because there is no one to talk to and there is no replies on emails that I send. I would advise people to rather stay away from Safarinow.com and anyone advertising their accommodation, should rather use more professional companies

I would like to thank Dalene Abrahams (Safarinow.com Agent) for coming back to me and going out of her way in order to find alternate accommodation for us. I do still however feel that Safarinow.com, should have an agent available that can take queries, as had I not posted on hellopeter, I would still be battling to get hold of someone.
