Pathetic service from Safarinow.com

Safarinow.com service for the the last three weeks had been a nightmare ,ill rather say no service at all as they are ridiculously poor with communication till this far i have not heard anything from them after paying my money and requested for booking conformation no response at all .I have been calling them for assistance and got through to a recording where the person who recorded is unclear you cant hear anything as they are speaking into the mic with their lips touching the min it sounds like someone spitting all the time . I have sent emails to all the email addresses related t useless Safarinow.com with no response ,i have no failure notification for any of the e-mail addresses provided .

As I am typing this i am holding on to speak to them for almost an hour .

So for your convenience people rather book directly with the hotel or guest house you preferred to book ................I myself contacted the same place i booked through safarinow and spoke to the owners and found that making a booking directly is much faster convenient and cheaper I got TFC and clear communication from them .

Safarinow.com is Pathetic useless and unhelpful .

I say it again DO NOT UTILIZE THEM !!!!!!!!!! poor service indescribable .
