Pathetic service.

I requested a quotation for accommodation in Marloth park. Received feedback that there is space at said premises and did an EFT. I could see and link that payment showed on their side. When phoning the specific site the next day I was told that the premises was already booked for someone else. Now I have to run around on a Friday morning trying to ensure accommodation for the weekend. Best part I was told they will reimburse me, but it will take 3 to 5 working days. What would have happened if I did not phone this morning. and arrived at the premises. Pathetic service.
