I made a booking on the 19 November 2020. Checking date is 22 November 2020. Payment was done. No confirmation to say that payment was done. So I am still waiting for confirmation and l have to be in Durban 22 November 2020. I have been sending emails, no response from them till now. I need my refund as soon as possible. Very disappointed. I have used them previously and never had a problem. I have paid a huge amount. So I need my money. Someone needs to contact me.
