Not wanting to give me my full refund

I did a booking with Safari now, I've always did my bookings with booking.com. Unfortunately the place that I wanted was registered with Safarinow. I was rushed to make payment, luckily it was a small amount of R330. I paid to their account, unfortunately as people saw my what's up statuses. People started to wanna come along, till the number increased to 18. I had to cancel with Safari 58 days before anything. Read their terms and conditions, I called the host whom was very willing to pay me back all my money. Called Safari spoke to a person by the name of Grant on the 20th. Promised to call the host and call back for my refund. He never did, now I even asked for Legal advice on the matter. I'm happy of the respond or feedback given to me. I'm tired of begging for my R330. You want us to go legal, I'm so happy to as I'll gain more than my R330 it will be multip**** in 100000.

Hi Safari,

Just to be clear, where did it state that you will be taking 5 working days to process my refund. Did I have to tell about my predicament first for you to take me serious. You give intensely poor service. I hope my full refund reflects in my account by the end of today. Not even tomorrow

Hi Yvonne,

As I've stated on the email to you. That those cancelation terms with the 5 working days refund notification. Is the 1st time, I see it. As it was never put to my attention before. If you would like proof of what I'm saying to you. The invoice that was sent to me by Safari at the bottom nothing is stated under the cancelation terms. That 5 working days needs to be given for a refund to be processed. Even on the cancelation email it does not state. So I wonder if you are trying to make a full out of me. As what I'm talking about is from Safari and written in black and white
