Not refund until now!!!
On 02.03.2020 I made my reservation on Ru****a Camp (Uganda) through Safari.com for July 21 to 23. on April 23, 2020, I have cancelled my reservation 3 months in advance. Until now, no money has been returned to my account. I am entitled to 100% refund. They cancelled very quickly and said that in 5 days they would return the money so far. No money has reached my account. To the last e-mail I can't find any answer. I figured this is fine as it is a large company in South Africa
