Not Happy with SafariNow.

We have made a booking and paid a deposit. They then notified us that the Accommodation is not available but we never received ou Deposit back, we have emailed ample times but no response, I have placed a review on HelloPeter and then they responded with a contact person's name but no email address or anything else, then placed another review on Hello Peter, and emails etc. then we recieved a response that said the deposit will be paid back within 4 days and still nothing. I see there are many similar complaints etc.
