Not customer oriented at all
Not contactable by phone and their site extremely un-user friendly. I am trying to make a booking and they keep on moving the goal post. To such an extent that I am now concerned that they **** people. What other reason would there be to not be able to talk to someone in person. Not good Safarinow.com. Get with the program please.
