Not being refunded
I had to cancel a booking due unforeseen changes in my plans. The booking is still 7 months in the future. I have been chasing the refund for 3 weeks now and every time I just get copied into an email to the lodge. I've booked through the Safarinow website, paid via the Safarinow website and now I am dragged into a dispute between them and the lodge. The whole reason for using an agent like Safarinow is to have that extra bit of protection - not the other way around!

A response has been sent to you regarding the cancellation. As the policy currently stands we are only at liberty to refund 50% as per the terms. We are negotiating with the establishment to get more back as the booking is being cancelled well in advance.
