Non- existent after sales service!
Tried calling the listed phone number to follow-up on a unanswered e-mail requesting an invoice so I can claim accomodation from the company I work for. Message on phone states they will return call in 24 hours - well three e-mails and weeks later still no return of my call nor reply to my e-mails. Non-existent after sales assistance. Due to this I have decided to abandon the site and use other aggregation services available. So sad.

You can also surely search for my supp**** e-mail address to find my correspondence. I have also completed an online booking for my trip to East London next week using Trivago/Booking.com.
