No Service Safarinow.com

After a month of fighting to cancel my booking, with the help of hellopeter, its eventually cancelled but now the fight for the refund. Why can't companies not stick to their policies? Been emailing but no response from safarinow.com, such bad service actually NO SERVICE. Please just refund !!
