No service at all for Safarinow or Travelstart

I received an email from Travelstart in December 2017 to tell me that Safarinow will now be part of the Travelstart group. To celebrate this they are giving everyone booking before 27 Jan 2018 R150 discount. I made a booking but when I wanted to pay there was no place to enter the voucher no. I send Safarinow an email on 13 December ask where the voucher should be entered. No response. On 8 and 9 January I again asked help via email but NO RESPONSE. I phone their telephone no but it only said "Welcome to Safarinow" then it hanged up. In frustration I decided to phone Travelstart (seeing that they are now one group)because my booking is for 13 January. The lady told me to send all the information to urgent@ travelstart.com. It is now Friday evening 9:00 and our booking is for tomorrow night, no answer from anyone. I will now have to pay the full amount because it is our wedding anniversary and we would like to enjoy our weekend. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I USE ANY OF THE TWO. I have used both especially Safarinow numerous times before. Hello Peter can you not have a negative rating please or 0 stars
