No Response when sending messages to sort out my issue

I have paid a deposit for Enquiry: ***1 to confirm my booking..I am still getting messages to reserve the booking but made an immediate payment on Monday 4 Jan.It is still not updated and if I wait too long the place will be fully booked.I have called the 021 number which told me to email.I have send to all the available addresses I found on the website.I even send a message on acebook messenger but no one replies.This is my last resort as I see that if you put a post here there are replies.Can someone please contact me to sort this out.Cell:***
