No response, Bad service, queries unattended
Safarinow does not do a good job in checking the establishments they have on their site, it's a second time that am booking a place that is not operating anymore. My booking was with Malibu Lodge for the 30th of December 2021, when I got there to check in the place was closed I called the number posted at the entrance I was told I will get my refund however they will need the proof of payment. When I contact safarinow for that proof of payment no one is responding on email. I tried Dalene who is a team leader but still nothing. Am so disappointed with their service am not recommending them at all.
