I booked Pebble Beech in Balito on 14 March 2020 through this company. We paid the deposit and had to cancel on 25 March due to the lock down. The owner agreed to refund deposit but as he has not received payment we had to work through Safarinow. They do not reply to any correspondence. I understand that they may be busy but a month later this just shows disrespect to their clients.
