No refund for cancelled accommodation.

When lockdown was anounced I cancelled our Easter Weekend 2020 accommodation with Safarinow. Andrey Dreyer, the manager/owner of the holiday cottage responded and said that he will see that I receive my full refund from the agency, Safarinow. Up to date nothing receive, only promises. It is nearly R2000, a lot of money which could earn me some interest. They offered me a voucher but in that I'm really not interested, then they receive the interest. They promise to refund me after lockdown, finances, the said, wasn't operating during lockdown, which I don't believe. All businesses, or at least the most, is operating now, but still nothing. Lekkeslaap refund me immediately for my reservation at them. Why wasn't it done by Safarinow also, I gave them enough time BEFORE lockdown to refund me, but they keep clinging on MY MONEY.
