No Refund /Bad service

Good day ,

I have made a booking in April through Safari now at Seaside Lodge , however I had to postpone due to floods in KZN , prior to postponing no email , call nothing . I then had to cancel as there were floods again . I was advised by Safari now they will refund me their portion and Seaside lodge their portion. I dealt with a lady at Safarinow Dalene who was very helpful , however she is currently on leave and no one even responds to my email . According to Seaside lodge they cant refund me as they don't deal with 3rd parties Safari now has to refund me in full and Invoice Seaside Lodge . I have been in touch every day with Seaside Lodge and Safari now ----- No one bothers to email or call or follow up . This is my money and all I want is to have my money back . I don't know what else to do Everyday I have email Safarinow and Seaside lodge for the past 5 weeks !!!!

No apology , no remorse , no service !!!
