No refund after inconveniencing me ?
<p>PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE SAFARINOW.COM !!! I booked for my wife and I this weekend in Bloem at a venue called Centenary Lodge..I called Friday to mention we may check in a bit late as we only got away 2.30ish. I could not get hold of anyone at the venue, eventually someone on a cell answered sounded confused like they had not heard of our booking....promised to call back and never did. When I called her she ****ed the call on me then the phone was on voicemail after that. They now both (Safarinow and Centenary lodge ) say we were no shows and wont refund me.<br />Please share I hate cheating ************ companies like these..name and shame!</p>

We have spoken with the establishment and they agreed with us that a full refund is due back to you.
We have made changes to their contact numbers and will be educating them on how be contactable to all future guests.
