No refund after immediate cancellation

Please assist I need refund from Safari now, made booking yesterday

Only later realised that Ikhaya Lamadube Game Lodge do not want “kids” on their website.

Called the Lodger they advised no payment haven’t been received from Safari now and do agree that we must cancel the booking

Sent numerous email to Safari now with no luck of any response or acknowledgment of my request

The booking invoice number: its on subject line and mails below to Safari now

I registed on Hello peter but unable to log a complaint
