No reason as to why booking cancelled and no apolo

Never ever ever in my whole life will I ever do business with you again. In fact I will use your service to search for places and then contact the place myself! 3 times that I booked the establishment said they didn't get the payment and I had to please and explain and look like the idiot!!! The last time I had a COMFIRMED booking and PAID for over easter. 2 days before we had to go, You phoned and said I can't go there anymore!? No explanation?! No apologies?! Oh ja, surely I told you that I obviously I want another place! Duh! I was allready in CT! I had a nice place booked on the beach, with full breakfast, 5*, and the olace you got me was in a NOt so nice area, Far from the beach, looked ****py inside, as well as pathetic breakfast! You did not even try to get me a nice place as , guess what!? It was Easter! All the nice places have allready been taken!! This is really bad and that was the last straw! I will never reder you to anyone else!
