No integrity here!!
Definately not a company I will book through again!!
Initially their response was slow, but then when we posted a review that clearly showed that their client was lying to the public, and we asked for a partial refund, we were completely ignored!!

Unfortunately I cannot provide the requested info as I can no longer access the SafariNow website!! I can only assume that I have been blocked for telling the truth on HelloPeter but this remains to be seen...........am just waiting now for a response from ***!

I have just sent you an email with out booking details at Reverie Safari Lodge, Marloth Park, in early Oct 2020. I sincerely hope the the info I sent to you will enable you to address these rather serious and misleading issues with the owner Rodney, so that no-one else has to go through what we did!

08 Jan 2021, 15:04Hmmmmmm - I received the partial refund in the form of a voucher from Safari Now, which we were impressed with, and grateful for, considering our shocking visit to Reverie Safari Lodge, Marloth Park. However it seems like SN doesn't take customers seriously at all - when I checked this lodge this morning on SN the exact same photos of four poster beds ARE STILL BEING ADVERTISED even though these did not exist when we stayed there last year!! So SN is aiding and abetting an owner who not only misled us, but who is STILL misleading his potential guests!! I wonder if he is still lying about the fans, and if the aircon has been fixed yet, or the leaking bedroom roof fixed yet??
