I made a booking in April23, Paid my deposit , received my confirmation letter Now the establishment phoned Sept23 to let me know they can not honor my booking .No email response receive back from Safari, Safari do not answer their phones *** or ***

04 Sept 2023, 17:44I have send an email on Wednesday 23/8/30 to *** and have received no response, Please contact me . Lady that have phoned was from Moi travel . She has made another phone call to confirm the first message and said after we have made a another query via TravelGround , that yes the house is available if I pay more , this is unacceptable , I have requested the Director of Moi travel to send this to me in writing. nothing received so far. Having two venues with Lekkerslaap this is not on . I can not just inform people booked and confirmed in our venues is not available but if you pay more we will honor your booking . Is this the way Safari do business ?
