No Communication / No Commission Refunds

If there was a way to give Safarinow a 0 rating this would still be too low. Only one standard response to our cancellation request saying they would revert in 48 hours - don't hold your breath. Telephone line not working as "connected to a generator" - Maybe this company believes that COVID19 is transmittable via phone lines. 2 of the guest cottages have refunded us but the 3rd not and no commission has been refunded. Safarinow wake up and realise that this pandemic will pass and people will look for RELIABLE companies to book their vacations - you will not be on the top of our list. Pathetic non service
