NO CANCELLATION REFUND AS PROMISED

After having to cancel my accommodation due to covid lockdown, I was told by safarinow that there was no problem and they would refund my deposit in full. Needless to say, that was the last time I heard from them. They will not answer their phones nor reply to any emails. Maybe Carte Blanche would like to investigate this company, there seems to be many people left unhappy because a company like this that seems to think if they ignore us we will go away.
