No booking after 1 week

I booked and paid for accommodation through Safarinow. Received a confirmation. After a WEEK they let me know there is no available space for us. We have booked flights and made all arrangements, which is now simply my loss. The agent who eventually contacted me to inform me had a very nonchalant attitude and pretended like it wasn’t their mistake.

I phoned the accommodation directly, they told me the had space available till 2 days prior to me phoning, which was 5 days after I booked on Safarinow!

Waiting for my refund and very disappointed. Never again
