Never use safarinow. You cannot phone or email them for customer care

I made a vacation accommodation booking through the safarinow website for 11 to 14 February 2022 in struisbaai. I paid a deposit of R885 for this booking. On the same day I canceled the booking on their website and wanted to contact them to request a refund of the deposit I paid. I tried to phone them on their contact numbers listed on Google with no success. No one answers their 0860 or 021 numbers. I also tried to email them to their "***" address but my emails were constantly REJECTED. Up to date I have been unsuccessful in contacting them and have not been refunded the R885. It is surprising to me that this could happen when using such a well known company to make holiday bookings??? I want other people to know that safarinow is NOT reliable at all!!!
