Nanna’s Rous on Safarinow.com

I made a booking the 9th of July 2020 for accommodation at Nanna’s Rous (which is also at fault) for the 24th of Jan 2021 and 4th of Feb 2021. Booking was made with immediate payment on the 9th of July 2020 @ 12:00pm at a cost of R280 p.n (as shown om Safari.now), at 15:05 the same day I received an e-mail from Safarinow.com in which Nanna’s Rous declined my booking after available dates, booking and payment! The same day the evening @ 19:30 I searched for alternative accommodation and again Nanna’s Rous was listed but now at an cost of R 800.

I sent an e-mail to *** in which Geneveive came back to me only to tell me that Nanna’s Rous is unavailable to communicate with and now wants to offer me accommodation some place else for more than what I originally booked and paid for! Nanna’s Rous hasn’t yet refunded me or asked me for an alternative booking!
