Misleading photos in adverti*****t

We made a booking through Safarinow.com at Bosveld Vreugde House Zebra for the weekend 30 August 2019 to 1 September 2019. The photo of the pool that is used as the main attraction is in fact not even in working order and very dirty. If we were warned in advance, but we were only informed on arrival after we complained. Then we were told we can go swim at the restaurant but that swimming pool is also under construction. The house itself was dusty and spiderwebs everywhere. The beds were also not very comfortable. We feel that we could have been warned about the swimming pool when we first made the booking, then there was time to change our minds. Or even if they said the swimming pool is not working but we will give you discount!
