Misleading bookings by safarinow.com!!!
<div>Booking ref: ********** 2 Incorrect booking details filed with the booked resort Left messages with the call centre no one calls me back even when they promise to: Booked for 4 people with Safari all booking fees paid up in full but Ndalo hotel only confirmed a booking for 2 people and outstanding fees on my booking since 12 Nov my query was logged to date I am still struggling to fix this"WHAT IS GOING ON"and my holiday is due 31 DEC, PLEASE HELP!!!</div>

28 Dec 2018, 14:42Hi Thulani, as discussed we have been in contact with Mrs Masuku and the query has been resolved. The hotel was only recommending a larger unit for the families stay. We have arranged for the room to be upgraded to the family unit and trust you will have an enjoyable stay.
