Misleading advertising - Safarinow/Seacliffe Lodge

On showing interest in Seacliffe Lodge Hout Bay in December via Safarinow - Seacliff Lodge is, from the advertising, a beautiful establishment with pool, luxurious rooms, 4-star graded. <br> <br> I received a reply via Safarinow that Seacliffe Lodge has availability - self-catering option, assuming that we would be staying in the Lodge as advertised, without dining facility. Arriving at Seacliffe Lodge presented a horrible surprise. The self-catering option not at the Lodge. It is another building all together, on another property, lacking any advertised Lodge amenities and isn't even 1 star graded.<br> <br> At no point, are you as a consumer informed that by agreeing to self-catering option, you no longer at the lodge. Your room is a dingy bachelor flat on another property, without TGCSA, Portfolio Collection or AA Superior grading, as advertised for the lodge. We were horrified.Surely in the interest of the consumer, they must be informed re: massive changes in circumstances & accommodation when agreeing to a self-catering option. <br> <br> The matter was taken up with Safarinow on 6 Jan 2015 and to date they still haven't bothered to respond with a solution or apology. Absolutely appauling
