Misguided information
Misguided me with the "offer" they sell you. On their website, they advertise "refund will be cleared in your account within 5 working days". Upon cancellation they would only offer the refund of their commission as they "are waiting for the establishment to pay them" Why book through them if they offer no security. Might just as well took the gamble and book directly any lodge.

On receipt of a cancellation request sent to ***, SafariNow will refund any amounts due within 5 working days of either the receipt of funds from the establishment or alternatively upon confirmation of cancellation in line with the provisions mentioned above. SafariNow is not liable for delays in receiving refunds from establishments.
While SafariNow.com undertakes to get the refund to you as soon as possible, due to the fact that we are merely facilitating the flow of funds from the establishment back to you we do not have control over the entire refund process and are reliant on the establishment.
While I am trying everything in my power to get the refund from the establishment, please note I do not have control over when the funds will be returned. Safarinow can only refund the portion kept for this booking.
We sincerely apologize once again for the delays.
