Merry Christmas

<p>Thanks for a great Christmas gift of no accomodation after your fully paid booking and confirmation that everything is in order was cancelled two days prior to check-in to Alabaster Box in Langebaan. We are in Cape Town this festive season and are now stranded the day before Christmas. We have been offered very little assistance and the company staff is not reachable via any of their contact details. I would like to know what this company is going to do about my predicament. Thek guest house confirmed that they notified Safarinow staff upon receipt of the request to confirm the booking that they had no space available. Safarinow went on to confirm my booking and accepted payment knowing that Alabaster Box was fully booked. I am pretty sure this type of behaviour amounts not only to false advertising, but *****. Safarinow even sent a confirmation message "from Alabaster Box", stating your booking has been confirmed byJeannie Strauss. I expect answers and very soon. Booking reference number is ********** 0.</p>
