Lucy P was outstanding!

I see there are quite a few negative comments on here but my experience was the complete opposite! Lucy P....wow she was a gem to deal with and helped me with my first ever bookings using Safarinow. She had so much patience with my back and forth questions and was so on the ball with replying I never waited once. So thank you so much!
