Lies and more lies

We have been waiting for a refund for payment on property at Woodbridge for several months despite promises of bank transfer nothing has materialized .Deposit wasn't passed on to property owner and we have been waiting for the refund since this was cancelled due to the covid pandemic. Had lots of excuses why but have grave doubts whether this business is going to make any refunds to customers despite still taking bookings and money from new customers.We managed to get refunds off other holiday companies for the other parts of our holiday without any problems at all-just SafariNow.Regretfully we would advise people to be very careful about booking with them in the future.
