Im so disappointed with safari.com i have made my bookings 5days ago with full payment and they haven't reply to me with the confirmation of payment, I'm so stressed I need my 2850 because I need to make bookings to other places and my ref was ***4, and I been sending emails more than 10 times and they did not reply and I'm not sure what to do I even phoned the shades apartments to check if they received any confirmation of payment from safari.com they said no and I'm so disappointed not sure what to do, I was ivn thinking of going to Nedbank to see if they can help to reverse my money , I'm just stressed if you guys can help me to get my money back.
