I need my money

Hi Safari, I booked a place for the 28th of december and paid deposit for it. I got a message from the place through your website saying the place was fully booked until the 1st of January. I have been sending you emails to get my refund back nd all you keep sending me is an automated response saying you are contacting the host and will get back to me. Its the 31st now I dnt know what kind of ***** you people are doing. Its the 31st now how is that you are responding to me about still getting in touch with a host that responded that they do not have space on the same day you took my deposit.
