Humphrey's ****y experience with safarinow

I only found out today when I wanted to review this company that it's a ****y company. I book with them using thier voucher and thier voucher worked on my side but when I went to check in at the hotel I was still owing beside I having proof that I paid in full. I had to pay the hotel that R200 voucher I used with my own cash. Again I booked with a guesthouse in Bloemfontein just to find out that they don't know about my booking while I paid in full. Had to look for another place to stay at. I tried calling them they don't answer. Actually they not working during lockdown. They don't even reply thier emails. Never book with them. They are not reliable and they will take your money. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BOOK WITH SAFARINOW!!!
